All members of the PLS Team are required to complete 18 hours of safety training, at no cost to the Professional, before they step foot on a project.
Mandatory safety training includes:

- Ladder Safety
- Fall Protection
- Job Safety Analysis
- Global Harmonized System

- Arc Flash
- Basic Rigging

- CPR/First Aid
- Lift Certifications (Boom, Aerial, Scissor etc.)
- Behavior-Based Safety
- Fatigue and Stress Awareness

- Discrimination-Free Workplace
- Drug- and Alcohol-Free Workplace
- Ethics (Labeled as Professional Ethics)
- Violence in the Workplace
- Conflict Resolution

- Blueprint Reading
- Site-Specific Product and Facility Training

Because we want all professionals to WORK SAFE, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harness/lanyards, ear protection, hi-visibility and face shields are all provided to our professionals — at no cost.
