Primary Trades We Staff

Millwrights

Heavy Industrial Millwrights

  • Experienced across industries: power plants, food and beverage, tire plants, parcel packaging, agriculture, paper mills, and more.

  • Skilled in installing, troubleshooting, and running diagnostics on large-scale machinery.

  • Proficient in rigging, basic ironwork, structural welding, and working safely at heights.

Level 1 Millwrights

  • PROs with mechanical aptitude PROs in the early training stages of their career.
  • These PROs will possess all basic hand tools, PPE, and OSHA 10 Certifications.

    Level 2 Millwrights

    • PROs with 1-2 years’ experience in industrial construction.
    • These PROs will have a larger array of tools, PPE, OSHA 10, and equipment-specific certifications.

      Conveyor Millwrights

      • Experts in installing all types of material handling equipment in warehouse and distribution center environments.
      • Experienced with MDR (Motor Driven Roller) and CDLR (Chain Driven Live Roller) systems, chutes, sorters, overhead cranes, racking systems, and auto-pick systems.
      • Capable of diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on material handling systems.

        Electricians

        • Skilled in both heavy industrial and conveyance industries.

        • Capable of installing/bending EMT and rigid conduit, installing cable tray, performing HV & LV terminations, control panel work, and contributing to all types of commercial construction projects.

        Pipefitters

        • Experts in both new construction and industrial expansion projects, specializing in carbon and stainless steel piping.

        • Well-vetted, capable of passing industry-standard Pipefitting tests, and fully tooled upon arrival.

        Welders

        • Prepared to pass both pipe and structural weld tests on-site.

        • Equipped with stingers, TIG rigs, ground clamps, welding hoods, grinders, and brushes to perform to the highest standards.

        Apprentice
